CJSC KR Properties was established in 2000 with a view to exercise management of a group of real estate objects in Moscow.
The company’s area of business includes a complete package of real estate property management: from pre-design and design, construction and repair work and operation to successful implementation of real estate projects.

The biggest and the brightest project of the company is the Krasnaya Roza 1875 Business Quarter. It is a comfortable, modern business quarter with the area of 5.7 ha, which, upon completion of reconstruction, will accommodate 10 А+, А and В class buildings with the total area of 170,000 sq.m.

Mamontov Business Center, which used to bear the name of the quarter, Krasnaya Roza, was commissioned in 2004.
In 2005 it was awarded the Commercial Real Estate award for the best B class business center.

In 2009 Morozov Business Center was a nominee for the Best A Class Office Center award, and the Sergei Kiselyov Architectural Studio won the first prize for its project in the A Class Office Real Estate category.

Equally interesting is another major project of the company – the Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Loft Quarter, a landmark office facility which is conceptually new to the respective category market. It bears the unique style of the Russian Industrial Revolution and is intended for the convenience of intellectual businesses to mark a new stage in market development and furnish lessee companies with a new instrument of image and personnel management.

The 7.65 ha buildings of a former textile factory located between Varshavskoye Highway and Novodanilovskaya Embankment, in the vicinity of the Third Transport Ring, will be carefully and accurately restored by KR Properties in order to create a lively and friendly environment.

The Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Loft Quarter is a special world developed for intellectually creative people and companies. The entire quarter is subdued to the objective of creating a free and positive environment that allows disclosure of employees maximum potential and helps visitors tune into a positive mood.

The success of Danilovskaya Manufactory is acknowledged by the market when the first stage of the loft quarter was named the Best B Class Office Center by the Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards in 2009. Similarly, the creative union of the Sergey Estrin Architectural Studio and Project_Z were awarded with the Best Architect 2009 prize in the B Class Office Real Estate category for their interior design work in Danilovskaya Manufactory.

The Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Loft Quarter also won the Heritage (Restoration) category of the FIABCI Awards.
