KR Properties signed a five-year lease contract for a total area of 2,058.2 sq m in the Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Loft Quarter with Lamoda.ru online store. The deal was facilitated by Realty Guide, a brokerage company.

New Taste of Olivier at Vernadsky Business Center

The KR Properties Company has signed a lease contract with CJSC Smart Value Retail (Olivier supermarket chain) for 1,800 square meters in the Vernadsky Business Center located in the Vernadsky municipal district, West Administrative District of Moscow. An Olivier supermarket will open on the leased territory. The lease contract is signed for the period of five years. The Magazin Magazinov Company in association with CBRE became a broker in the premises lease deal.

KR Properties announces the start of sales of loft apartments on Komsomolsky Avenue, 42. The project investments have exceeded $9 million. Urban Realty, a real estate agency is a partner in the apartment sales. The site remodeling project was implemented by ERGES architecture&design, an international architectural studio.
