KR Properties announces beginning of premium-class loft apartments Kadashevskie Palaty sales
The KR Properties Company announces the beginning of sales of premium-class loft apartments Kadashevskie Palaty located at 9/7, Kadashevsky Lane. A three-storied building will house 25 lots with the area ranging from 110 to 250 sq. m. The opening bid of apartments varies from $12 to $25 thousand per 1 sq. m. The total area is 5,500 sq. m. Project investments made up about $10 million.

The history of Kadashevskie Palaty is traced back to the mid-18th century; this building was first marked in the city plan of Moscow in 1752. In 1812 when Zamoskvorechye nearly burned down the stone building of Kadashevskie Palaty was spared by the fire, and later it was repeatedly rebuilt. Initially Palaty was a rented apartment house, then — a factory. The building acquired its unique form in 1905 owing to the famous architect Adolph Erichson.
The spirit of old Moscow has been preserved in the Kadashevsky suburb of Zamoskvorechye better than anywhere else. A great number of architectural monuments are located here. The project of Kadashevskie Palaty reconstruction was ordered by KP Properties and designed by a well-known international architectural bureau GHK Architects which approached the issue of preserving the historic look and unique lines of the building facade with great care. They plan to use classic materials such as stained wood, bricks and bronze in its decoration. The project features multi-level apartments with a flexible layout and a possibility to use the attic. All the apartments have panoramic glazing and large French windows. The ceiling height is about 4 m. The Kadashevskie Palaty building will be equipped with a mechanized underground parking. The infrastructure of the house was designed according to the principles of the Smart Home system with the supply-and-exhaust ventilation, central air conditioning and firefighting systems. To provide security of the owners there is a system of video surveillance, guards at the driveway, a system of controlled access to the apartment building territory, individual cards for elevator control and a concierge service.
Aleksandr Poduskov, Sales Director at KR Properties: «Kadashevskie Palaty» is located in the old district of the capital, among narrow streets, low houses, churches, public gardens, small restaurants and museums. There are no big office centers or wide avenues; this fact allows leading an unhurried life only a kilometer away from the Moscow Kremlin. It is calm and comfortable in Zamoskvorechye. It is a place where one longs to live. Here everyone feels their uniqueness. Such objects are a rarity in the market of elite real estate of the capital, and we hope that Kadashevskie Palaty apartments will please Moscow inhabitants and find their buyers".
