We deal with real estate, buildings, and architecture, which makes it impossible to succeed without aesthetic sensitivity and the perception of beauty and harmony. Loft-style Art Nude
We would like to present one of these projects – a collection of artistic photography titled Loft-style Art Nude.
The key projects of KR Properties are the Krasnaya Roza 1875 Business Quarter and Danilovskaya Manufactory 1867 Loft Quarter. These are industrial buildings constructed in XVIII-XIX centuries, which require a careful and professional approach to their restoration and reconstruction. We love these buildings for their historic aura, for their “living” brickwork which has passed through different times and has survived the Revolution and repair work of the Soviet period. We love them for their wooden stair railings, for the flowing lines of their arches and their high ceilings, for their cast iron columns, wooden rafters and mansard roofs, for the atmosphere of comfort and freedom that dwells inside.
We know how to turn buildings which were abandoned and depersonalized by a formal repair into neat image-oriented offices and cozy apartments.
Loft style is unique in its multiformity and versatility; a loft interior can be friendly and informal, composed and strict or high-profile and rich. In any case it turns out to be unconventional and stylish.
Perception and sensation of the beauty of old buildings and admiration of the texture of red brick gave rise to the idea to create a series of artistic photos in loft style. We open the series with the Loft-style Art Nude collection. Is there anything that can accentuate aesthetics of architecture and interiors better than the beauty of a female body?
You’re about to see the first collection. It consists of 12 photos – one for each month in a year, but we have deliberately left them unnumbered so that you yourself can feel which art photo corresponds to each month. Because loft does not tolerate dictation, it’s a style of freedom!
